Bravo Asphalt

Bravo Petroleum | Bravo Asphalt is a company that produces quality hot mixed asphalt through our fully automated plant designed by AMMANN.

Stockpiled aggregates are fed into the rotating mixing drum through dedicated cold feed bins. The material is mixed and enters the rotating drum where the fuel oil (HFO) is burned to maintain the desired temperature. Bitumen is directly injected into the mixer. The heated bitumen covered aggregate is now called Asphalt. The asphalt is then poured onto a conveyor and loaded directly into a truck. Asphalt is then taken to the road where it is paved onto a prepared surface.

All our materials used in the process of manufacture is tested by our onsite laboratory to ensure we deliver the best quality Asphalt to our customers.
